Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next step?
We are recruiting for a HR Adviser on a fixed term contract until the end of September 2019.
The role will involve manging the employee lifecycle within a designated region of the business. This will include recruitment, on-boarding, ER related issues throughout employment, contract changes and leaver process.
You will be the first line HR advisory support for employees and non-employees offering guidance and support whilst working in partnership with your HR Business Partner.
This role may suit someone who is seeking a promotional step or looking to further develop their experience.
You must have general HR or Recruitment knowledge with a strong background in a front-line customer service focussed environment.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and an accurate systematic approach.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills and the ability to communicate to individuals at all levels.
Ability to be flexible and travel within the Business as required supporting regional HR needs and building effective working relationships.
You will be working towards, or completed the CIPD or equivalent level Qualification.
