This specialist service has been a key area of CfA’s work since our formation in 1984. During the years that have followed, we have helped a diverse range of charitable organisations to recruit Trustees who can make a positive difference to their success - please see our Assignment List.
Because our ever-growing confidential register includes senior personnel (Chief Executives, Finance Directors, Senior Fundraisers etc) in charities and the not-for-profit sector, the quality of our candidates is extremely high.
We also have many people who have recently retired from industry and commerce who are keen to get involved, have time to spare and a wealth of experience to offer. We can check the credentials of potential Trustees and help with selection and induction processes if required.
We charge a modest fee for this service which is tailored to each client’s individual requirements.
Most of our consultants are Trustees themselves, and so bring personal experience to the search and selection process.
