At CfA, our Executive Search & Selection team has been seeking out and recruiting those individuals since 1984. During that time, we have developed a unique and tailored service that’s geared to the very specific needs of this sector.
We exist to promote professional leadership by working in partnership with our clients to find and appoint the best executive staff. Your choice. We are happy to use one or more recruitment methods to get the right result. We will support you with the entire recruitment process or particular elements of it, depending on your requirements.
A known cost. We base our fees on the amount of work we undertake and the intensity of your campaign. We always agree them with you beforehand so that you know the true cost at the outset.
Our promise. In the rare event that, within the first three months, the appointed candidate is found to be unsuitable or is unable to fulfil the job description issued at the time, we will conduct another search for little or no additional fee.
