CfA offers a tailored service for successful candidates to ensure that the first months of their appointment go smoothly. This is to make sure that the expectations of both the client organisation and the individual are met.
We can assist in planning the induction process, then typically provide two-hour sessions every month for six months with the designated CfA consultant.
The first session is usually with the client organisation and the other sessions are with the newly appointed executive.
