CfA offers a tailored service for successful candidates to ensure that the first months of their appointment go smoothly.
The purpose is to ensure that expectations on both sides are met.
We help to plan the induction and provide (typically) six, monthly, two-hour sessions with the designated CfA consultant.
The first session is usually with the Chair and the other sessions are with the newly appointed executive.
